Pink Sand Beach barracks, East Lombok

Southeastern tip of the island of Lombok is extraordinary beauty store, but far from all tourism facilities such as hotels, so it becomes a barrier to separate the region growing. The most famous of these is the location of Tanjung Ringgit.

Well this time I will inform you that there is a beach that is often missed traveler to Cape Ringgit. In addition to the Tanjung Ringgit there's actually a very beautiful beach, the beach barracks. To get to this beach, the route with the route to Tanjung Ringgit, but about 500 meters before the lighthouse, there is a driveway to the left with a wooden fence and barracks and Goa Beaches bearing Japan 50 meters, now it is the entrance to the beach barracks. Now from the entrance, we had to decline through the still of the ground, if dusty dry season will fit but if it fits the rainy season will be muddy and slippery.

One is the main attraction at this beach itself is sand-colored PINK, really pink you know, naturally without the use of artificial coloring. Based on the info I can, pink color comes from crumbs / pieces of pink-colored marine life (in picture below) which is mixed with sand. Then near the coast there are caves japan, small size, if you want to go should not let kejedot bowed his head. but because it felt horror, we do not dare to go, haha.

Sea water here is also very clear, here are some boats that can be rented for fishing or just touring around the coast to look for snorkling spot. But nothing seemed to snorkeling equipment rental, so if you like snorkeling ya bring your own tools.

To find another beauty of this beach we can go up to higher ground on either side of this beach. There we could see the beach from the barracks. Hmm exotic .......
